ABOUT

Marissa Morgans is a theatre artist based in Southern Maine. She specializes in educational theatre, utilizing the fundamentals of theatre to teach social and emotional skills. Outside of teaching, she loves to use her multitasking and organizational skills in more administrative roles, such as stage management. While she focuses on education and administration, she also enjoys performing, designing props, building sets, and directing.

Like so many others, Marissa got her start in theatre as a performer. Although she still loves to perform, she has an affinity for leadership roles. Her time spent in 4-H leadership clubs and teaching for their

4-H Summer of Science program contributed to her leadership development. Helping others learn, grow, and succeed is the most rewarding part of what she does.

In her spare time, Marissa can be found supporting her partner's band, browsing libraries, and spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys collecting Miffy paraphernalia and finding cats to pet.
